RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that GolfPool only accepts returns and refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if your package is lost in transit. We do not accept returns for change of mind or "no longer needed".
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
To start a claim, contact us at golfpoolhelp@outlook.com with your order number, clear photos or a video showing the issue, and a photo of the shipping box.
If your claim is accepted, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back — if a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and GolfPool will cover the return shipping cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days, or the carrier confirms your package as lost, contact us at golfpoolhelp@outlook.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
- Change of mind, wrong size expectations, or items no longer needed
- Damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, over-inflation, or normal wear
- Packages marked as delivered but reported missing (please contact your carrier)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement directly — no need to place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing.
